Terms & Conditions

The use of our website is governed by the Terms & Conditions and other relevant sections set out below. Please read them carefully as, by using the Richmond Hill Dry Cleaners website, you indicate your acceptance of them.



     - The company will rearrange another delivery time with the customer if the company, for whatever reason, fails to deliver to the customer (subject to availability)

     - Richmond Hill Dry Cleaners reserves the right to charge a £5.00 call out charge if the customer is absent at the agreed location for collection/delivery

     - If the customer is repeatedly unavailable for collection/delivery, we have the right to decline or cancel any order which has been made

     - Payments must be done by credit/debit card before delivery of goods for customers

     - The company will return (without cleaning) any orders that are marked more items than it has actually received



     - Richmond Hill Dry Cleaners takes no responsibility for belts/buckles/buttons/zips/painted logos or any accessory attached or contained during the cleaning process

     - Please check your order before you leave the shop or on collection as we cannot be responsible for missing items thereafter

     - Richmond Hill Dry Cleaners reserves the right to dispose of any orders not collected after 3 months. We will not be responsible for any claims of items after this time

     - Any complaints or potential claims must be returned unworn or unused with the original packaging that the item was collected in. Failure to do so will invalidate any                        potential complaint/claim

     - Richmond Hill Dry Cleaners will return any items without any clear labelling. However, if the customer would like to go ahead with the cleaning process, we acquire a                      written confirmation from the customer that the risk in processing is accepted by them

     - The company accepts no responsibility for items that suffer colour loss

     - The company will not be liable in any way for damage not caused by the cleaning process



Settled subject to the following:

     - Where compensations are due by the company to the customer - either in the case of damage or loss – then compensations will be paid for age and condition of the item(s)

     - Where compensations are due by the company to the customer, the company will pay an amount not equivalent to the new price but based on the age and condition of the          item at the time of loss or damage by the company. This will be a discounted price from the new price

     - Any claim settled by the company will be on condition that it is accepted by the customer as the full and final settlement and it will be made in the form of a credit note



     - Richmond Hill Dry Cleaners does not accept credit card payments for less than £10. If it is under £10, a £1 supplement is required

     - Richmond Hill Dry Cleaners does not accept cheque payments

     - The Company reserves the right to charge 6% interest on overdue monies or suspend servicing the customer if the order remain unpaid

     - Any physical or verbal abuse implied towards the company’s employees gives us the right to decline services to the customer



Prices are reviewed regularly and subject to change without notice. Any changes to our pricing will be displayed on our website.
